During this semester and taking the basic English course I learned too many new things and reinforced some things I already knew.  For the development of the course we did several assignments that helped us to achieve the goal of gaining even more knowledge.  As my best work I can mention the essay for our final project.  With this I was able to carry out several skills and at the same time integrate what I experience on a daily basis in my work.  I had the opportunity to search for information about how health care is governed in the country and the world, as well as compare it with what I see and hear from my desk in a medical office.  It was a great experience that allowed me to write and exemplify on that wonderful goal number three of the SDGs.

 

    I really enjoyed carrying out this work as there is a lot of interesting information on this topic.  I discovered that not only in our country it is difficult to provide and receive a good health service, but that it is a global problem to be solved.  In addition, I was able to formulate hypotheses of possible solutions to so many situations that affect the health field.  With all this I was able to reinforce my English vocabulary and expand it in a positive way.  This was a project that not only made me reinforce my second language but also made me expand my knowledge in terms of information and writing.
